Note to Visitors: Pulse processes messages on behalf of the businesses you chat with. If you interact with a chat widget, the respective business is the Data Controller, and Pulse acts as the Data Processor.

  1. Sanitization Moat: Inbound text is immediately stripped of scripts, HTML tags, and injection payloads.
  2. Pattern Check: Murmur keywords are scanned for instant pattern-matched reply templates (free & zero-latency).
  3. Urgency Classification: Unmatched logs undergo pre-label tasks to sort them by priority (Rank 1-5).
  4. Heartbeat Processing: High priority (Rank 1-2) flags immediate Operator queues, while regular items wait for batch heartbeats.

5.3 Guest Session Ephemerality

Guest chats leverage zero permanent cookies. Active IDs exist solely inside standard browser sessionStorage and are purged automatically when the window is closed.
